Over the course of a year, I lost a staggering 100 pounds. I can't begin to express how this transformation has impacted my life. My energy levels are through the roof, and I feel like a completely new person. My confidence has soared, and I'm now more active and adventurous than I've ever been.
The most incredible part of this journey was the ability to get back on the field and court. I was playing sports again, and it felt like I had reclaimed a part of myself that I thought was lost forever.
